Community Projects

The Cambridge Foundation provides funds in support of many projects and purchases that go on in our community. We are very proud to be a part of the many ways that we have made our home town a better place to live! Here are just a few projects that the Foundation has been part of, and/or are still in progress.

The Cambridge Foundation is pleased to announce:

The Cambridge Foundation in conjunction with a number of family scholarship funds granted the sum of $25,500.00 in scholarships to 21 graduated students from the Cambridge Public Schools and Koshkonong Trails School.

Ripley Park Improvement Project

The Ripley Park Improvement Project began in June of 2020 with the goal to help with water retention challenges. This phased project will add a beautiful wetland along with many native plantings to ensure proper drainage as well as supporting wildlife and pollinators.

Phase 1 - access road to the beach, wetland installations, retention basin

Phase 2 & 3 - erosion control installation, vegetation installation, maintenance, and monitoring
